1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting a domain, or accessing WeBotApp Mail (mail.webotapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Description & Infrastructure
WeBotApp Mail provides a serverless business email workspace that facilitates custom domain email routing, Cloudflare R2 bucket integration, and outbound transmission via Amazon SES. You are responsible for ensuring that you have legal ownership or administrative control over any domain name connected to your account.
3. Anti-Spam Policy & Acceptable Use (CAN-SPAM Compliant)
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against spam, phishing, fraud, and illegal communication. You explicitly agree NOT to use WeBotApp Mail for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk commercial emails (UCE / Spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or applicable local email regulations.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware distribution, or impersonating individuals/brands.
- Purchased, rented, or scraped email recipient lists.
- Sending content that promotes hate speech, harassment, illegal products, or copyright infringement.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
WeBotApp Mail offers tiered plans (Free, Starter at ₹99/mo, Pro at ₹499/mo, Business at ₹999/mo). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay or Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
5. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our webmail interface and APIs. However, service availability is also subject to third-party edge providers (Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services). We are not liable for transient network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeBotApp Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the email service.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
